ELEMENT

Element is a rare and sporty Warren Yacht boasting beautiful teak decks with al fresco dining areas perfect for summer cruising. A 2018 refurbishment of the interior offers a more luxurious modern saloon. The upper deck features a retractable sunroof with a cosy seating area. Element provides pockets of social areas offering corporate outings and great networking space.

The space is terrific throughout Element including front sun bed area and top deck lounge area providing VIP guests with the flexibility and comfort they deserve.

Rates

March – October: $1200 per hour, minimum 3 hours

November – February: $1400 per hour, minimum 4 hours

BYO food: $200
BYO Beverages: $20 per person

Wait staff: $350 per wait staff (4 hours)
$75 per hour thereafter
1 – 10 guests: 1 wait staff required
11 – 20 guests: 2 wait staff required
21 – 35 guests: 3 wait staff required

Wharf fee: $50 per docking
Travelling fees of $300 may apply at non CBD wharves

Water Toys:
Lilypad: Included
Waterslide: $3,300, minimum 5 hours
Paddle Board Hire (x2): $100
