April – October: $2250 per hour, minimum 3 hours

November – March: $2500 per hour, minimum 4 hours

Wait staff: $260 per wait staff (4 hours)
$65 per hour thereafter
2 required for up to 10 guests
1 additional required per additional 10 guests
